Poem Tag Project
I was looking over my site and realized that I hadn't checked out the Poem Tag Project for a couple of months so I thought I would scoot on over there to see how big it was. Imagine my surprise when the poemtag link redirected me to Prionics AG which is a "high-tech company in the biotechnology industry". Apparently whoever owned the www.prionix.com domain name lost it to Prionics or some such thing.
Through a little Google work I found with much relief that the site has been moved to another domain. So for those of you know have a link to the project you might want to check and change it if you have the old address.
Friday Five - May 9th, 2003
I was going to post something last night but didn't get around to it. So now you'll just have to be happy with a Friday Five:
1. Would you consider yourself an organized person? Why or why not?
I wouldn't say I'm completely disorganized. I just don't organize stuff in the traditional way.
2. Do you keep some type of planner, organizer, calendar, etc. with you, and do you use it regularly?
I bought a Palm Pilot a year or so ago. I used it for a while. I haven't turned it on for several months. When it was working I used it for playing games most of the time. I should have just bought a Gameboy! As for the rest. I keep my week organized in my head. It usually doesn't fail me but then again my weeks aren't all that hectic.
3. Would you say that your desk is organized right now?
Let me answer this question with a picture:

This picture of my desk at work was taken more than a year ago. MetaDuck is struggling to keep above the mess. Currently it is not that bad and occasionally it is actually clean and organized. It's just disorganized for the majority of the time. My computer desk isn't that bad. It's still messy but not to the intent my work desk is.
4. Do you alphabetize CDs, books, and DVDs, or does it not matter?
I try to do it wil CDs, though I always end up with little piles of CDs here and there that need to be reintegrated into the main alphabetized section. Books and DVDs I don't. Too many books and not enough shelf space to alphabetize them and all of the DVDs are in one place and there are only 50 or so, so it's not a big deal to look through them.
5. What's the hardest thing you've ever had to organize?
My life. I'm not doing a very good job of organizing and managing it right now but I'm working on it.
