One of those Jobs....
Before I get into my rant I want to make sure you all know I enjoy my job (which I've been at since May). Now with that said I rant!
Have you ever had one of those tasks that you just hate doing? I'm currently involved with one of those tasks. The place I'm working for is doing a review of a chemical piping system for one of our clients. They've had problems with some of the work done by the company that installed all of the piping and decided to get us to do a thorough once over of the system to make sure it's up to code. I'm the one who is assigned to take care of this task. What this entails in running around checking every single little pipe fitting and cataloguing them. It's a little tedious. Plus it's probably going to take a couple of weeks.
I understand why I'm doing this. I understand that I have to and I will do it and finish the report for our client.
I just needed to get that off my chest. Tell me stories about your "bad" job experiences. I'd like to hear them.
