In Singapore it is against the law to chew gum. From what I understand there is a fine for anyone who chews gum, though I don't think it is strictly enforced. Ask Nita, Wari or Andrea if you want the whole story since they live in Singapore. Thanks Nita for the "no gum chewing" fridge magnet.
March 2002 - Part 2
This clock is known as "The Regulator". It tells you what time it is and there is no arguing with it! The clock has been at my families cottage for as long as I can remember. Nothing tells time better than THE REGULATOR!!

A common loon on Eagle Lake, the lake that my cottage is on. He was just hanging out and being a loon. I'm going up to my cottage in about a week and a half. I think I'm going to hang out and be a loon too.

I was in Toronto a couple of weekends ago and saw this painted on the side of a building. A squirrel riding a dolphin. How cool would that be?
